Service Description
In this step-by-step two-hour cooking class we will utilize the food sourced in Part 1 to create a delicious, fun and nutrient dense meal of your choice! Many clients love this class because they have an opportunity to prepare Bacalao & Mangú, a delicious traditional dish from the Caribbean that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Of course (due to COVID-19 safety precautions) we will be cooking in our respective kitchens (you in your kitchen and I in mine). During class we'll also prepare our home-made electrolyte water and review our food items and ingredients from our essential nutrients guide to facilitate meal planning, plan and maintain the healthiest nutritional regiment and weight possible for an optimal pregnancy, labor, delivery and thereafter.
