In this two-hour class we will discuss a healthy lifestyle, the sacred nine for perinatal wellness, the five domains of well-being and, the importance of staying active in pregnancy. We will identify essential nutrients during pregnancy, their function and role in mom’s health and her ability to grow and birth a healthy baby. We will use an essential nutrients guide to facilitate meal planning, plan and maintain the healthiest nutritional regiment and weight possible for an optimal pregnancy, labor, delivery and thereafter. This class has add-on options for a 2 hour shopping trip to source fresh local food from local farmers markets and or, a 2 hour cooking class!
